Auto Align ® Bale Skoop
HD4SR
The Auto Align ® Bale Skoops are patented machines.
Handling between 30 - 50 tonnes per hour, the HD4SR can stack 3' by 4' dry bales six bales high on strings or can
stack 4' by 4' dry bales four bales high on or off strings.

Align ® Bale Stacking System allows 1 person to roadside 30 - 50 tons of
hay per hour.
Bales can
be picked up and stacked on or off strings.
The Auto Align Bale Skoop is a well designed machine built to be used in
most farming conditions. It is constructed of heavy wall tubing along
with custom designed cylinders to give maximum life. Stacks are aligned
both vertically and horizontally for easy loading to a truck with a Bale
Claw or Squeeze. For optimum performance of the Auto Align Bale Skoop,
bales must be tight and dry.

Auto Align ® Bale Skoop 12SR
The Auto Align® Bale Skoops are patented machines.
Faster than the competition because it picks up TWO 3x3, or SIX 3x4, or
FOUR 4x4 on strings bales per loader cycle. The Auto Align Bale Stacking System allows 1 person to roadside 70
- 90 bales per hour and makes loading out trucks fast because the bales
are aligned both horizontally and vertically. The 12SR stacks twelve
(3x3) dry bales six high and two wide.
Works with Case® IH 8570, 8575 · Hesston® 4750, 4755, & 4760 ·
New Holland® 590, BB940 · John Deere® 100 balers and other balers with
similar dimensions.

The Auto Align Bale Skoop is simply designed and is engineered for use
in most farming conditions. It is constructed of heavy wall tubing using
custom designed cylinders to give maximum life. With the Auto Align
System the Bale Skoop can pick up bales in the same direction the field
was baled. Therefore, it will work on corrugated, border dyke or pivot
tracked land. The stacks are aligned both vertically and horizontally
for easy loading to a truck with a Bale Claw or a Squeeze. For optimum
performance of the Auto Align Bale Skoop, bales must be tight and dry.

Auto Align ® Bale Runner 16K
The Auto Align® Bale Runner 16K is a patented machine with additional
patents pending.
Computer controlled to maximize speed and simplify operation Allowing
one person to road-side 80 - 100 tonnes per hour. The Bale Runner
can pick up; 18 - 3x3, 12 - 4x3, or 8 - 4x4 bales. To
pick up and load bales the operator toggles only the loader switch. The
computer determines the motion of the Alignment Arms, Loader, Grab Hooks
and Power Slide depending on the position of the loader switch and the
position of the bales through the loading cycle.
Timed detents are incorporated into the program of the computer
to allow for the operator to hold a switch momentarily to signal the
computer to complete the action started. This helps to eliminate hand
fatigue.
Three manual switches control the motion of the Bed, Hitch, and
Push off. These switches are used only once per load.
All switches are monitored by the computer to make sure the
mechanisms do not crash into each other, eliminating accidental repair
costs. The operator can manually control all the mechanisms if the
automatic motions are not working right to load and stack bales.

881 & 1400 Hay Hiker
The unique pick-on-the-go features turn
this task into a fast and easy one-man operation resulting in
significant savings in fuel and labour. The adjustable heavy duty bale
fork (1) easily lifts any large round bale. A bale turner (2) on the
inner arm eliminates stress and allows bales to be picked up in any
direction. The bale deflectors (3) gently rolls the bale onto the bed
frame. The adjustable bale stop (4) reduces push bar cycle time by
positioning the bale, close to the push bar (5) which effortlessly moves
the bales along the smooth bed surface eliminating wrap and twine
damage.
The 881 easily picks up and hauls twelve (48") or eight (60",
63", 72") round bales at approximately six tons per load.
The 1400 quickly picks up and
transports eighteen (48"), fourteen (60", 63") or twelve (72") round
bales at approximately fifteen tons per load.
The 881 & 1400 are exceptionally well balanced to ensure safety and
stability in transport. A heavy-duty under carriage lets you carry a
large pay load and provides a smooth ride even in rough field
conditions. Combined with safety lights and a compact design the Hay
Hiker lets you get into the next field quickly.
The 881 & 1400 Hay Hiker is a simple cost efficient round bale carrier
designed to move large round bales from the field to storage quickly and
efficiently.
